Kiosks are Essential to Providing Great Customer Service for Cash Paying Customers
DTE knew that cash paying customers cannot always make it to a payment center during set business hours so they identified and implemented self-service payment kiosks as a great tool to remove that unnecessary hurdle.
“Our main motivator is the idea that cash customers are not going anywhere. We have cash customers…we have automotive factories working three shifts…people wanna be able to just get off of work, take care of their errands, take care of the business and not have it be tired to have to call a call center.”
