How Mt. Prospect, IL Leverages an Enterprise Platform to Deliver Equitable Payment Access to All

The Village of Mt. Prospect, IL was ready to upgrade their payment technology. After extensive research, they realized an enterprise approach would work best. 

Together, we launched an outdoor kiosk to support in-person and cash payments and an online portal to allow residents to make payments from a desktop or mobile device. Both channels allow residents to make payments 24/7, no matter how they choose to pay. Customers using the online portal now benefit from added features like the ability to set up recurring payments via credit card. Staff are supported by a single back office revenue management tool that centralizes payment information across all payment channels.
