An easy account lookup pulls from your underlying source system, and customers can save their account and billing information. The amount due and bill due date are pulled directly from your source system.

In the same place, customers can securely store one or more payment methods for faster checkout, and turn on autopay for their upcoming bills. At any time, customers can log in to view, modify, or cancel their upcoming recurring payments.

When we evaluated the CityBase web-based platform, it simplified the reconciliation process, but even more importantly, it also offered a mobile-friendly version which our current service did not.
