How kiosks empower customers to stay current on their bills

Unlike payment dropboxes, self-service kiosks let cash customers pay when it’s convenient for them, including after business hours.

“That helps them keep those payment arrangements because they can set them up when they know that they’re going to have those funds available and then just come in and pay at their own convenience.”
