Payment kiosks provide flexibility for customers paying in person for essential services like water or electricity bills, especially those paying in cash who may not be able to pay online. Even if you’ve closed a payment center or limited hours, kiosks can provide 24/7 self-service options for in-person customers. On the back end, the Revenue Management Dashboard allows remote staff in finance and customer service to do their jobs uninterrupted.
