Using Data is Imperative to Understanding and Adapting to Customer Behavior

“Our favorite piece of having the data is knowing just more about our customer behavior. We have this channel for our cash customers, but we do have a lot of check customers, a lot of card customers, and we like to see that break out. Something that we track is the overlap between our low-income population and our kiosk customer. It’s a connection that you can understand would overlap, but it’s just really nice to know month over month what that looks like. And that even led to some changes that we’ve made to the kiosks since we implemented in 2021.”
