Dine Out Indy fast-tracks outdoor dining permits
The City of Indianapolis and Marion County is a recognized leader in reimagining local government to create a digital city hall. When Covid first led to stay-at-home measures, Indy quickly launched new digital services to maintain government continuity and respond to new requirements like universal masks.
Using CityBase Screendoor for online forms and applicant management, the Dine Out Indy program fast-tracked 100 outdoor dining permits in 4 days for restaurants and bars to add new or expand existing outdoor seating areas.
