San Francisco Modernized the Payment Experience City & County-wide

The City and County of San Francisco (CCSF) has modernized the way it serves residents by centralizing and simplifying the bill payment and reconciliation processes across over 25 departments.

Tajel Shah, Chief Assistant Treasurer, discusses how CityBase technology easily integrates into all of their back-end systems, “The CityBase solution integrates with Salesforce, it integrates with Accela, it integrates with a lot of different solutions out there that are in the government space so that each one can really make sure that their payments are for the specific thing necessary for that organization.”
