The introduction of kiosks has resulted in significant cost savings for Las Vegas Valley Water District. Self-service payment options allowed LVVWD to refocus their cashier’s time and efforts on solving more complex customer service issues, resulting in an annual savings of approximately $180,000. These savings now enable LVVWD to invest more in self-service and automation projects, aligning their business with future-focused goals.
