Higher Education Payments

The Challenge

Community colleges serve a diverse population of students, some who pay their bills in person, in cash. When it comes time to pay for classes, college bursar offices often experience large lines of students who are just trying to pay their balance for the next term.

The Solution

Eliminate lines with self-service payment kiosks that allow students to pay for one or multiple classes using cash, check, or credit or debit cards. Students can easily look up their account on the kiosk, select which classes to pay for, and check out. They receive immediate confirmation and a receipt printed, emailed, or texted for their records.

Kiosks can be placed in bursar offices or around campus to divert foot traffic for people who only need to make a simple payment, freeing up staff time to focus on students who need more help.
